Wedding is one of the most profit making industry in India, thereby when wedding bells in India ring it usually makes lot of noise.

A noise for huge profit for the industry and the people working in this industry.

One of the biggest money makers in such sentimental holding value business are not just the farmhouse leaders but the clothe sellers and the jewellers.

The peak wedding season starts from Nov-Dec and after 25th Jan- feb. However this is the time where the cost of all the wedding goods double out and the client has no option but to pay.

However, other than the peak months the cost of goods are resonable during rest of the months, but usually majority dates are being fixed in between November-January.

The Punjabi bride is loaded with jewellery from top to toe, Henna (mehndi) plays a considerable role in beautification of bridal attire with a belief-the darker the henna gets the more loving will the groom be in their future life.

However another interesting ritual is , in such complicated design of henna being applied the groom has the look for each letter of his name on the whole hand as well as arm of the bride.

If anyone is in huge profits in the whole wedding are the bridemaids, where with tons of rituals they earn money from the groom.

These rituals starts from entering of groom by cutting of ribbon till the end of wedding by hidding his shoes while he sits for "pooja".

Thereby wedding bells in India make lot of noise and these noises continue with series of function for almost a week.
